The gap is rarely another tool.

Your marketing should get smarter with every cycle.

People discover you through search, ads, referrals, and other channels. The useful question is what happens next: which audiences engage, which inquiries are qualified, and what those outcomes cost.

CGG Analytics connects market research and competitor analysis with a repeatable cycle: research, discover, measure, understand, test, and learn. Each cycle gives you a better basis for the next content, website, or spending decision.

A cycle of better decisions

From being found
to knowing what works.

Search engine optimization (SEO) helps people discover your website through unpaid search results. Measurement connects that discovery with what people do next.

01

Research

Understand customer needs, competing offers, positioning, and gaps in the market.

02

Discover

Reach people through useful content, search, campaigns, and referrals.

03

Measure

Capture meaningful actions and connect costs where reliable data is available.

04

Understand

Compare audiences, channels, lead quality, and the limits of the data.

05

Test

Prioritize one change, message, or bounded spending experiment.

06

Learn

Review the outcome and feed the evidence into the next cycle.

Illustrative method, not a forecast. Recommendations depend on your data quality, goals, and available budget.

A good fit matters

For owners who want
the whole picture.

You should understand the decisions behind the work, not just approve the final screen.

This works well when
  • You have a real service, audience, or mission to explain.
  • You want a direct relationship with the person doing the work.
  • You can give timely feedback and access to the right accounts.
  • You value clarity, maintainability, and useful measurement.
A different partner may suit you if

You need a lowest-price template, guaranteed rankings, or a full-time agency production team. This practice is built for focused senior attention.

The working method

Good work starts
with good decisions.

Four stages. Concrete outputs.
A shared understanding at every step.

01

Discovery

Define the business outcome.

A focused brief, audience priorities, and a shared definition of success.

02

Architecture

Make the important decisions early.

A page map, system boundaries, event plan, and agreed scope.

03

Build

Turn the plan into a working system.

Responsive implementation, tested integrations, and a reviewable delivery.

04

Measure

Leave with evidence and ownership.

A baseline, account handoff, and a prioritized next-step plan.

Before we talk

A few useful answers.

How much should I budget?

The ranges shown are provisional planning estimates, pending final owner approval. A written proposal sets the actual fee, deliverables, and payment schedule. Hosting, paid tools, and third-party subscriptions are scoped separately.

How long does a project take?

A focused site is planned around 3–5 weeks; a marketing analytics engagement around 2–3 weeks. These are planning ranges. Content readiness, approvals, integrations, and access determine the agreed schedule.

Who owns the code and data?

The proposed model is client-owned code, domains, analytics accounts, and data, with access and handoff documented in the engagement agreement. Third-party tools retain their own license terms.

Is ongoing support available?

Yes, support can be scoped separately for updates, measurement reviews, and architecture decisions. A retainer defines capacity, response expectations, and the work included.

Which tools do you use?

The stack follows the problem: Vue and Netlify for a focused site, GA4 and GTM for measurement, and Adobe Experience Platform, Tags, Web SDK, CRM, or CDP integrations when the requirements justify them.

How do I get started?

Use the project inquiry form to share your contact details and the kind of help you need. CGG Analytics will follow up by email to understand your goals and assess whether a focused engagement is a good fit.
